What do I have to do to prepare for a piano tuning?
1. Please clear all objects off the piano so the lid may be opened
2. Please remove hanging wall objects that may be struck and damaged by the piano lid.
3. To ensure a quality tuning, please provide a mostly quiet environment (as much as possible). A noisy environment can make it very difficult to properly tune a piano.

Do you service, repair or supply parts for Digital Pianos, Keyboards or Organs?
I service Yamaha and Kawai digital pianos, hybrid pianos and keyboards. Other brands I may not be familiar with and need to refer to other service providers.
How often should my piano be tuned?
Every piano is different. Concert and recording studio pianos are often tuned right before a performance or session. Home pianos are usually tuned once a year, but some pianos require multiple tunings if they are played heavily, exposed to large temperature and humidity changes or have structural issues.
If a piano has not been tuned in decades, it may take a couple tunings for the strings to settle and stretch.
